TradeLead provides automated lead generation for tradespeople and contractors. We search public data sources to find businesses that may need your services, and provide you with their contact information and AI-drafted outreach emails to help you win new work.
Leads are sourced from publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of contact information, that leads will respond to your outreach, or that leads will result in paid work. Email addresses marked "estimated" are best guesses derived from company domains and may not be accurate. Use your own judgement before reaching out.
Plans are billed weekly via Stripe at $1 per lead. You choose your weekly lead count (1–25 leads). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. No refunds are issued for leads already delivered in the current billing cycle.

You are solely responsible for the content of any outreach you send and for complying with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from your Profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
TradeLead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLead and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or reliance on inaccurate lead data.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of TradeLead after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
