🏢 Who we are

TradeLead (www.getTradeLead.com) provides automated lead generation services for tradespeople and contractors. We help you find potential customers and reach out to them professionally.

📋 Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use TradeLead:

Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name, trade, location, and services description.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card numbers or full payment details.
Lead interaction data: status changes you make to leads, and email drafts you view or send.

🎯 How we use your information

To generate and deliver leads tailored to your trade and location.
To send SMS notifications about new leads, if you have enabled that option.
To process your subscription payments via Stripe.
To improve the quality of our lead generation and email drafting over time.

🔗 Third-party services

TradeLead uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

Supabase — database and authentication
Stripe — subscription payments
Twilio — SMS notifications
Google Places API — lead discovery
Hunter.io — email address enrichment
Anthropic — AI-powered email draft generation

💬 SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send you alerts about new leads. You can opt out at any time by disabling SMS in your Profile settings, or by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies based on your lead schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply.

🗄️ Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your leads, profile, and account are permanently removed.

🔒 Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, row-level database security (via Supabase RLS), and secure credential storage. We never expose your data to other users.
